> Family-owned Brazilian food trailer in Madison, WI. Formerly Zelinda's Brazilian Bakery (zelindabakery.com).

Zela Brasil is run by Laura and Kyle Hynek. We sell coxinha, risoles, gluten-free pão de queijo, brigadeiros, pizza brownie, Brazilian carrot cake and açaí bowls, made from scratch from the recipes of Laura's grandmother Zelinda ("Zela") of Turiúba, São Paulo, Brazil.
